The Ranch is our indoor family fun zone at The Deepings — a Wild West–themed building with soft play, two bowling lanes, an arcade and a takeaway restaurant, all under one roof. It’s the first place most families head to on a rainy afternoon, and one of the reasons regulars keep coming back to a caravan park in Lincolnshire rather than chasing the coast every time. Whether you’re staying with us or just fancy a day out from Market Deeping or Peterborough, it’s open to everyone.

Kids' parties at The Ranch
Looking for somewhere to hold a kids’ birthday party in Market Deeping? The Ranch has been hosting them for years — soft play, bowling, or a bit of both, with food included and nothing for you to organise beyond turning up. We run four packages to suit different ages and budgets, from a soft-play-only session through to a full bowling and play combo.

Every package includes food — chicken nuggets and chips, sausage and chips, or a mini cheese pizza or fish fingers and chips, so there’s something for even the fussiest guest list. We can take up to 20 children per party, and because we’ve only got two lanes, no more than 12 people can bowl at any one time — so if you’ve got a big group booked onto package two or three, we’ll help you work out how that splits across the session.

FAQs
Yes — the main soft play area suits older children, and there's a separate, gated section just for toddlers so littler ones aren't getting bowled over by bigger kids. We do however have a height restriction of 1.5m. Kids under 1 can use the soft play for FREE!
The Ranch is open to everyone, not just guests staying on the park — so if you're local to Market Deeping or just passing through, you're welcome to pop in.
No booking needed but we'd recommend it. You can just head over and grab a lane when one's free, though it can get busy in school holidays. To book call 07422667593 during Ranch opening hours or email th**************@***il.com to book outside of opening hours.
