Enjoy our facilities trouble free
- Please ensure that rubbish is placed in the appropriate dustbins provided. We have recycling bins situated at various points around the park.
- Waste water should be emptied in to the drains at the water points and not in the Elsan point.
- Chemical waste should be emptied in the Elsan point and not in the toilets.
- Please note that only toilet tissue can be placed down the toilets. Please do not flush sanitary products or kitchen towels. We are on septic tanks, and they will block the drains.
- Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times while in the park. They must not be left unattended inside or outside your unit. Please clean up after your pets and please exercise them off the park site using the area as directed by park staff.
- Please keep your speed to the 5mph speed limit while on the park site. This is strictly enforced for the safety of everyone.
- No vans, pick-up trucks, or commercial vehicles are allowed on the park site without prior consent of the park.
- All children should be supervised by a responsible adult while playing on the park site. No footballs are allowed around pitches. Please use the MUGS, multi use games arena.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult while in the clubhouse.
- Please do not go into the surrounding fields – our boundaries are clearly marked.
- Please respect others while on the park site by keeping noise to a respectable level.
- Please do not walk on to the static pitches as these are privately owned.
- When using the washing-up room, please do not empty fat down the sink. This will cause the sink to become blocked. Please use the waste bin provided.
- Fishing passes are available from the site office. You are unable to fish without a pass. Any children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Check-in time is from 1pm on the day of arrival, and you must vacate your pitch by midday on the day of departure. If you are arriving after 5:00 p.m., please call us and let us know.
- All deposits are non-refundable and balances are due 7 days prior to arrival. Any pitches not occupied by midday the following day will be re-let unless you have made contact with us.
- If you have visitors while staying on the park, a fee of £2-50 per car is payable.
- Please respect others whilst on the park by keeping noise to a respectable level. There should be no noise after 11 pm.
- Full payment will be taken upon booking.

There is a cancellation fee of 20% of the full booking price if you wish to cancel within 14 days of the booking. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking date then the full booking price will be payable.
